If the unit is in stock and you choose delivery only, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days in most areas. If you choose both delivery and installation, the entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks, subject to scheduling and installer availability in your location.

Payment is collected at the time of checkout for online orders. For orders placed with an account manager, payment is processed before delivery and installation.

Orders canceled within 2 hours of being placed will not be subject to any fees. Two hours after an order is placed with a debit card or credit, you may be subject to a fee of 3.5% of your total order amount to cover transaction fees as well as any restocking and shipping fees outlined before, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
